Most personal private investigation cases in current times do not include any meeting. However, some do. Some corporate private investigations, and some groups, are best served by a meeting. However, we turn off the sound on this phone when sleeping, we don't outsource support, only core senior agents answer, and sometimes we are otherwise occupied at that time, so some responses might not be quick. The quickest responses most often come from phone or email inquiries. The contact form below, while convenient here on this page, is okay, but many times people have mistyped their phone number or email address, or forgotten to type them in altogether, resulting in inability to contact back.

Individual one-on-one meetings, if necessary, can be scheduled likewise. We do not schedule any in-person meetings without discussion in advance. There are multiple reasons for this. Time efficiency, productivity, and our schedules are obvious reasons. As private investigators, we are often busy in the field, or doing research at home. During the COVID lockdown, we could not meet in our office, and started working from home a lot more. We adapted to many meeting situations by video calls and other computerized/app networking systems and tools. Much of the modern business world changed for the better. It also reduced carbon dioxide emissions, pollution, and traffic. If you want to meet us in-person just so that you are more comfortable in deciding whether or not to use our services after getting to know us better, then that is okay and we can meet for that reason, and schedule an appointment. However, before we meet, you must discuss your situation and requests in general, and we must make a decision on whether or not we may accept your case in advance of a meeting. You can make a decision likewise. One step at a time. There are many kinds of cases we don't accept. You don't need to tell us all the details about who the entities are in particular or exactly who you are before a meeting, but we do need to know enough about the case, including all significant details which would go into a decision whether or not we may accept the case. It is unacceptable to say that you must meet without any discussion in advance because your topic is too sensitive or secret to talk about at all over an encrypted call (WhatsApp or LINE or other app with encryption). Notably, some past visits without discussion in advance have included some unpleasant experiences and disturbing people. It is the nature of the private investigations business to get some bizarre requests, abnormal human perceptions and obsessions, and weird allegations from time to time, which also makes us want to screen meetings. Discussion in advance can save time for both ourselves and the inquiring person.
Payments:Initial inquiries and discussions are of course free, and often some advice is also free. We prefer payments to be made to our company bank account electronically. We can issue VAT (tax) receipts, including for cash payments. We do not accept anonymous cash payments for private investigations. We must know who the client is. Our company, Lucky Lion Pride Co., Ltd., is a registered company with the Thailand government's Ministry of Commerce, and also the Revenue Department, ID number 0105553113538.
